Loaded Yogurt Berry Bowl

If you can tolerate dairy, yogurt is an excellent source of protein, healthy fat, and probiotics. I try to add as many nutrients (toppings) to get a variety of vitamins and make it extra delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup full-fat yogurt

  • 1/4 cup fresh berries of your choice

  • 1/2 tablespoon chia seeds

  • 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

  • 2 tablespoons chopped nuts of your choice (I usually use slivered almonds or chopped walnuts)

  • 1/2 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice (optional)

  • Drizzle of raw honey

  • Cinnamon for topping

Directions

  1. Place full-fat yogurt in a bowl and top with all the ingredients above.

  2. Drizzle raw honey and sprinkle cinnamon over the top and enjoy!
