Loaded Yogurt Berry Bowl
If you can tolerate dairy, yogurt is an excellent source of protein, healthy fat, and probiotics. I try to add as many nutrients (toppings) to get a variety of vitamins and make it extra delicious.
Ingredients
1 cup full-fat yogurt
1/4 cup fresh berries of your choice
1/2 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
2 tablespoons chopped nuts of your choice (I usually use slivered almonds or chopped walnuts)
1/2 tablespoon shredded coconut (optional)
1 tablespoon nut butter of your choice (optional)
Drizzle of raw honey
Cinnamon for topping
Directions
Place full-fat yogurt in a bowl and top with all the ingredients above.
Drizzle raw honey and sprinkle cinnamon over the top and enjoy!
