Healthy Chicken Salad
This recipe will help sustain your energy and blood sugar levels throughout the day, and the veggies will give you a variety of vitamins needed for optimal health.
Ingredients
2 cups shredded chicken
3/4 cup grapes, halved
3 stalks of celery, diced
1 carrot, shredded
1/2 white onion, diced
1 cup of clean mayo (Primal Kitchen is my favorite option)
1/4 cup of sliced or slivered almonds
1 teaspoon oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
