Healthy Chicken Salad

This recipe will help sustain your energy and blood sugar levels throughout the day, and the veggies will give you a variety of vitamins needed for optimal health.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded chicken

  • 3/4 cup grapes, halved

  • 3 stalks of celery, diced

  • 1 carrot, shredded

  • 1/2 white onion, diced

  • 1 cup of clean mayo (Primal Kitchen is my favorite option)

  • 1/4 cup of sliced or slivered almonds

  • 1 teaspoon oregano

  • Salt and pepper to taste
